The World Health Organization's North American Collaborating Center (NACC) for International Classification of Functioning Disability and Health (ICF) 13th Conference The conference theme points to the role of the ICF in making it possible for us to communicate about disability across countries, cultures, languages, and professions. The conference will be useful to persons who are new to the ICF as well as those who have long been involved in its development and application.
