skills.   While it is geared towards medical students, there are physiotherapy 
opportunities in there as well.

can be searched by type of opportunity (job, internship, volunteer, or
rotation), type of program (public health, research, clinical, etc.)
season, country, cost, and a variety of other factors. Description, contact
