Sudha is a research associate at the Emergency Medicine and Injury Research Group in Kingston General Hospital, and is enrolled in a graduate training program in community health and epidemiology at Queen’s University, in Kingston, Ontario. She has worked as a clinician with children and adults across the continuum of care from the acute care setting to the home and community sectors in Canada. Additionally, she has worked as project manager in Afghan refugee camps in southern Pakistan, and has designed and implemented university curricula for physical therapists in Kosovo and Bangladesh. Her current research is funded through the Canadian Institute for Health Research (CIHR) where she is examining health risk behaviours and injury prevention among adolescents with disabilities. |
